RANDY CLAYTON, CFP® is Founder and a Principal of Clayton Financial Services, Inc., a fee-only financial planning and investment advisory firm formed in 1984 in Topeka. A graduate of Washburn University, Randy has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1981 and also holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and a member of the Personal Financial Planning Advisory Board of Kansas State University. Randy chairs the CFSI Planning Committee and is a member of the Investment Committee. Randy volunteers for Rebuilding Together, an organization that repairs homes for low income elderly or disabled citizens, and is treasurer of the Topeka branch. He has a private pilot’s license, enjoys snow boarding and tennis and is treasurer of the Topeka Tennis Association. Randy is married to Debra Clayton, co-owner of CFSI, and they have three sons.
DEBORAH BAUSCH, RP(SM) joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in September 2000 as an administrative assistant. Debbie obtained her Registered Paraplanner (SM) certification in January 2002 and was promoted to Assistant Planner in 2004. Debbie volunteers with the CFSI Meals on Wheels team and is secretary for the Jackson County Family & Community Education group, volunteers with the Jackson County Crisis Pregnancy Center and is the confirmation leader for her church. Debbie and her family live near Hoyt and have a cattle business plus a custom hay and fencing business.
CHRISTOPHER CORUM joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in January 2002 during his final semester at Washburn University. Upon graduation with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Business Administration and Finance he was promoted to Portfolio Analyst. Chris is a member of the Investment Team and with Principal Debra Clayton determines the model portfolio allocation and manages client portfolios. Chris is a member of the United Way's Young Leaders Society and volunteers on the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. He’s married and the father of three children.
JEFF DISHMAN joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. April 2007. Jeff is in charge of Business Development with over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeff is a former University of Kansas basketball player and just completed five years of coaching the Hayden High School men’s basketball team, which included his son Caleb. He volunteers for the CFSI Meals on Wheels team. He and his wife and son live in Topeka.
BARBARA HELLER graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning in May 2005. She joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. that same month as an Assistant Planner. She was promoted to Associate Planner in 2007 upon successful completion of the comprehensive examination required for CFP® certification. Barbara is a member of the Financial Planning Association, volunteers at Birthright of Topeka and is a member of the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. She is married and lives in Topeka.
PEGGY HICKEY manages the operations of Clayton Financial Services, Inc. She joined the firm in 2000 bringing with her years of customer service experience as a Southwestern Bell manager. Peggy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and a member of the Bascom Hill Society. She annually volunteers at Tarc’s Winter Wonderland. She organized and participates as a member of the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. Peggy is a passionate fan of the Wisconsin Badgers but can also be seen supporting the KU Jayhawks.
ANNA KISER graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning and a Minor in Business Administration in May 2008. She joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in June as an Assistant Financial Planner. Anna is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. She currently lives in Manhattan, Kansas with her husband, who is a senior in the Chemical Engineering degree program at K-State. The couple has a three-year-old son, and is expecting their second child in early August. 
TERRY MILBERGER, CFA® joined Clayton Financial Services in August 2007 as the Director of Portfolio Management. He has both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kansas. Terry has managed investment portfolios for over 25 years and is a member of the investment team. Terry volunteers for Meals On Wheels and for Bridging the Gap, an organization that works to unite business, government and individuals to protect the environment.
CHRIS NOE joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. in 1993 as an Administrative Assistant. She is now the Portfolio Administrator/Office Administrator and is responsible for a number of client services including managing the client database program and preparing investment reports for clients. Chris is a member of the United Way’s Young Leader’s Society and volunteers for the CFSI Meals on Wheels Team. She has an adult daughter and son.
ELIZABETH YOUNG graduated from Kansas State University in December 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning and a minor in Business Administration. She joined Clayton Financial Services, Inc. May 2005 as an Assistant Planner. Elizabeth was promoted as Associate Planner in 2007 and has successfully passed the comprehensive examination necessary for becoming a CFP® certificant. Elizabeth and her husband live in Vassar, Kansas with their daughter and two dogs.
